We are now taking referrals and bookings for our new sound therapy sessions.

Our sessions are available for individuals and groups. If you would like more information on this exciting new service please contact us and we will be happy to provide more details.

Recent research has indicated that sound therapy can be an effective intervention for dementia patients, (as well as helping individuals and groups with varying mental and physical health issues) benefits include:

  • reduced anxiety, agitation and stress
  • reduced restlessness
  • increased appetite
  • improves attention span
  • eases chronic pain
  • improved verbal communication
  • treats depression
  • improved sleep patterns
  • promotes inner relaxation and well-being within people affected by dementia
  • can boost memory in early signs of Alzheimer’s
